FAQ's and Camp Info

Parents/guardians will have to agree to Camp terms on three different waivers when registering.

What is Camp Attire?

Campers are asked to wear comfortable clothes: Shorts, Capri or workout pants, a t-shirt & comfortable tennis shoes. Optional: sunglasses, sunscreen, caps, Chapstick, medications, etc.   

(all personal items are under the responsibility of the camper).

IMPORTANT: NO sandals, crocs, or other open toe shoes will be allowed!!  

 

Will there be food provided?

Our Campers will be provided with lunch and snacks as well as water and Gatorade. **If your child has a food allergy or other special dietary need (vegan, gluten free, etc.) please have them bring their own lunch. Make sure their name is on their lunch; refrigerators and microwaves are on-site if you choose to bring a personal lunch.

What time is Camp?

*Arrive by 8:30am sharp for sign-in*

Camps run from 9am-2pm

Saturday Camps are 13-18 years (one day camp)

Sunday Camps are ages 8-12 years (one day camp)

Where is the camp located?

SAFD Fire Training Academy 300 S Callaghan Rd, San Antonio, TX 78228

 

Can I sign up a camper for more than one camp?

Unfortunately, No.

Due to high demand, campers may only sign up for one camp date (either HeroLikeHer or Co-Ed).

Registrations will be checked and duplicate sign-ups will be removed from Camp. If your camper cannot make the selected date, you agree to notify us within 72 hours prior to camp at contact@safdcareers.com
